Castles. Limited Edition Woodblock Print 70 Only.

Limited Edition Woodblock Print Description:

I made the Limited edition woodblock print image and transferred it onto wooden blocks. The blocks were carved according to the color. With a Barron, I pressed the inked blocks onto the paper to make the final print. Archival Japanese paper was used, which enhances the image and the process. Each limited edition woodblock print has its own unique characteristic. These prints are custom-made. Each Yellow Trees print is discreetly signed, named, and numbered at the bottom of each piece. The artwork is not framed, but I can offer recommendations for framing if necessary. Alternatively, you can refer to the images below.

You can see the artwork either by making an appointment to visit the artist’s studio or by visiting Paper works Gallery. The size and style of this piece complement the other two prints in the woodblock section, namely “Yellow Trees” and “Log Rollers”.

Explore the iconic works of Collis, celebrated for his masterful use of New Zealand imagery and vibrant color palettes. From captivating urban scenes to expansive landscapes and tranquil forest settings, an example of original art from New Zealand.
